That local relationship extends to the region’s major suppliers too, so you get advice that’s grounded in how things actually work here.
We work on a Design & Build basis: one point of contact from the first sketch through to handover. Budget stays part of the conversation from the start, homes are designed with room to grow, and energy-efficient building is the baseline, not an optional extra.

Small renovations and bathroom-only jobs go to trusted local builders we know well. Passive-house projects and anything above the standard insurance cap go to specialists we work with regularly. Referring you on generously, when we’re not the right fit, is part of how we operate.
